FREE Chair Yoga Class Offered Every Friday!
Join certified Yoga instructor, Rhonda Kinnally, for a beginner’s chair yoga class at the Schmieding Center.
Rhonda is certifed in VariYoga and will be teaching a gentle level yoga that is safe and accessible to older adults.
