Jonesboro Students Earn Certification

Becoming certified as an Alzheimer’s and Dementia caregiver is no easy task. However, these 6 ladies stepped up to the plate recently and achieved their goal. When caring for the elderly as a profession, sooner or later you will come in contact with someone who suffers from dementia. Understanding the disease and knowing how to deal with their behaviors will keep you on top of your game as you care for them in their home or facility.

Join us as we congratulate Kim Harris, Danielle Davis, Lindsey Herndon, Latarcha Carter, Kolleena Qualls and Miranda Young on their accomplishment as Certified Dementia Caregivers.  These ladies will return to our classroom in June to complete their coursework on their way to a new career in home care or as certified nursing assistant.
