IHA Students Learn Valuable Skills

Whether a person is bed fast or recuperating from an illness or tragic event, Home Care Assistants must know proper techniques for lifting and moving an elder in the bed. Methods to safely move them will protect both the caregiver and the elder. The In-Home Assistant students in Jonesboro are shown here demonstrating these valuable skills on instructor Christina Stout, RN, CDP.

In-Home Assistant courses are taught every other month in the Jonesboro location.  This 8-day course satisfies the minimum level of caregiver training in Arkansas as dictated by Act 1410. Click on this link Inquire today to learn more.
