Connect and Learn – Engage at Any Age
The South Arkansas Center on Aging and Courtyard Rehab and Health sponsored Connect and Learn on Thursday, May 10 at 6:00pm at Courtyard
Dr. Steve Farber, Hospitalist at the Medical Center of South Arkansas presented “Engage at every Age – Mental and Physical Wellness” to those who attended this free quarterly community event.
Dr. Farber stressed the importance of mind body interaction, this means that our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes can positively or negatively our minds which in turn can affect how healthy our bodies are! He noted also that our bodies are not the same as they were yesterday and that change is an opportunity.
