HCA students practice bed making
The students in the current HCA class have been practicing occupied bed making. Occupied bed making is a skill that caregivers learn for patients that are unable to get out of bed. These students are excited about their graduation next week!

Our local caregivers were pampered with manicures, yummy treats, and wonderful door prizes this month. The community really came together to share resources for our caregivers to make National Caregiver Appreciation day a complete success!

Respite Training
On Friday, April 15, volunteer respite caregivers attended the annual REST training at the Texarkana Regional Center on Aging.
