The Mediterranean diet is loaded with health benefits. The heart-healthy Mediterranean diet recipes are easy to prepare, so easy that a team of community senior volunteers provide a step-by-step demonstration on how to prepare and incorporate Mediterranean diet foods and meals into your life. This healthy cooking educational event is filled with fun. The most exciting part is that you get to fellowship and eat heart-healthy Mediterranean food.
