This program presents an overview of information on caregiving for anyone helping to provide unpaid care for an older adult at home. Time is allotted for lecture, hands-on demonstrations, and individual questions.\u00a0Topics covered will include infection control, skin care, incontinence management, nutrition, body mechanics, transfers, mobility, range of motion, wheelchair use, caregiver stress, home safety, bathing, dressing, and more.<\/p>\n<p>We still have room in next week&#8217;s workshop\u00a0for anyone who would like to sign up!
