FREE CE on Falls Prevention

We will be offering a free, 1-hour continuing education class on falls prevention on Friday, April 22, 2016 @ 10:00 AM. This is a topic that will be especially beneficial to caregivers and older adults alike. According to the CDC, falls are the top cause of injuries in older adults and can significantly impact their independence. Come join us for this event and learn about ways to modify your behaviors along with the environment to prevent injuries.
