Try three 10-minute \u201cmini-workouts\u201d instead of 30 minutes all at once.<\/li>\n<li>Make an appointment with yourself to exercise. Set aside specific times and days of the week for physical activity.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/go4life.nia.nih.gov\/tip-sheets\/making-exercise-buddy-agreement\">Exercise with a friend<\/a> and get the added benefit of emotional support.<\/li>\n<li>Ask for help at home so you can exercise.<\/li>\n<li>If possible, find ways to <a href=\"https:\/\/go4life.nia.nih.gov\/tip-sheets\/family-activities-fun-and-good-health\">be active with the person you\u2019re caring for<\/a>.
