Eating a small square of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nextavenue.org\/5-super-foods-you-actually-want-to-eat\/\">dark chocolate<\/a>, on the other hand, offers longer-lasting benefits.&#8221;\u00a0 Now there&#8217;s a reason to indulge.\u00a0 Just a small amount can provide great benefits.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedaily.com\/releases\/2009\/11\/091111123612.htm\" target=\"_blank\">2009 Swiss study<\/a> found that eating 1.4 ounces of dark chocolate (about a two-inch square) every day for two weeks lowered stress hormone levels in people who were feeling highly anxious.
