As In-Home Assistants (also known as PCA) these ladies are certified to do home care in Arkansas thru a non-medical home care agency or private duty.\u00a0 However, they have all chosen to return to become certified in\u00a0 Alzheimer&#8217;s and Dementia care and as Home Care Assistants.\u00a0 This will qualify them to take their Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) exam and be licensed by the state.\u00a0 Both options are excellent choices to change their lives for the better.\u00a0 With the rising need for good caregivers and more folks choosing to remain in their own home, these ladies will always have a career with great demand.\u00a0 In addition, they could choose to work in a hospital or nursing home\/assisted living facility.\u00a0 Congratulations to these ladies and we are proud of you and your choice to continue your education for the next few weeks.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Erica Cooper, Ashley Rollins and Ashley Wilson are the newest Graduates from Jonesboro&#8217;s UAMS Schmieding Home Caregiver Training program.
