{"id":1255,"date":"2015-11-18T16:22:51","date_gmt":"2015-11-18T22:22:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/shct.wpengine.com\/jonesboro\/?p=1255"},"modified":"2015-11-18T16:22:51","modified_gmt":"2015-11-18T22:22:51","slug":"in-home-assistants-learn-proper-feeding-methods","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uamscaregiving.org\/jonesboro\/2015\/11\/18\/in-home-assistants-learn-proper-feeding-methods\/","title":{"rendered":"In Home Assistants Learn Proper Feeding Methods"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jonesboro students learned valuable experience today in feeding others.\u00a0 Lisa, LaTesha, Jaime, and Katrina fed each other and themselves as if they had a disability, were blind or unable to care for themselves.\u00a0 In addition, these ladies took and passed their final exam today and will come back this week to demonstrate their competency skills.\u00a0 If successful they will graduate with their certification that will enable them to seek employment with a non-medical home care agency.\u00a0 It also qualifies them to return to class in December to complete the Alzheimer&#8217;s Dementia course and Home Care Assistant.
