2020 Volunteer Respite Training
REST (Respite Education and Support Tools) is a FREE evidence-based training program delivering education and support to those offering a break to caregivers. This program is designed for someone who provides care for a family member or who volunteers to care for someone outside their family. There will be an all-day training in Fort Smith on March 5, 2020 at the Schmieding Home Caregiver Training Center at 2414 S 57th St, Ste 124. This is a free event but you much register for this event, to register phone 479-478-8819.
*The Arkansas Department of Human Services has approved 7.0 Continuing Education (CE) hours for completion of this REST course for Nursing Home Administrators and Licensed Nurses.
