Main, Suite 310, El Dorado<\/span><\/pre>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: large\">MUST register by calling 870-881-8969<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\">Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) These knowledge based activities will provide pharmacists up to 2.0 contact hours or 0.2 CEU. CE credit information, based on verification of live attendance and completion of the program evaluation, will be provided to NABP within 60 days after the activity completion.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\">American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences designates this live activity for a maximum of 2.0 ANCC contact hours. Nursing contact hours will be awarded for successful completion of program components based upon documented attendance and completion of evaluation materials.<\/span><\/h6>\n<h6><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small\">Dietetics, Long Term Care, Physical Therapy boards have approved CE credits for this program.
