{"id":1418,"date":"2017-10-06T13:27:03","date_gmt":"2017-10-06T18:27:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uamscaregiving.org\/eldorado\/?p=1418"},"modified":"2017-10-06T13:27:03","modified_gmt":"2017-10-06T18:27:03","slug":"autumn-health-and-safety-tips","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uamscaregiving.org\/eldorado\/2017\/10\/06\/autumn-health-and-safety-tips\/","title":{"rendered":"Autumn Health and Safety Tips"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Even though it still feels like summer to those of us in South Arkansas, the <strong>Center for Disease Control<\/strong> wants us to remember that the cooler weather is right around the corner.\u00a0 It&#8217;s never too early to get ready with these tips:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Take steps to prevent the flu<\/strong>.\u00a0 The best way to protect against the flu is to get vaccinated each year in the fall.\u00a0 The South Arkansas Center on Aging, in conjunction with <strong>Walgreens<\/strong>, is holding a <strong>Healthy Families Stick Together<\/strong> vaccination event on Friday, October 20th from 9:00 am to 11:00 am in our office at 106 W.
