As these three ladies wrapped up their last day of clinical training at Oak Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation in El Dorado, they were beaming with pride at their most recent accomplishment: graduating as Certified Geriatric Home Caregivers! After completing 116 hours of caregiver training over five weeks, they all have lofty aspirations including nursing school, becoming CNA certified, and soon joining the caregiver workforce in Union County.
