These dedicated ladies successfully completed 116 hours of training at the Schmieding Home Caregiver Training Center, and are now ready to conquer the state CNA exam. We are beyond proud of these ladies we now call friends, and wish them the best as they move forward in their career.<\/p>\n<p>Are you curious about the world of caregiving and the jobs available? CNA&#8217;s (Certified Nurses Aide) are in demand in homes and long-term care facilities across the state. With our training,\u00a0you can be prepared for both!<\/p>\n<p>Students at\u00a0the SHCT center\u00a0receive a unique training experience thanks to our incredible facilities. We have three classes certified by\u00a0the Arkansas Office of Long Term Care to prepare students to be licensed caregivers and certified Geriatric Home Caregivers.\u00a0Our teaching facility includes a CareHouse for our nurse instructors to train studentsincludes a fully functioning kitchen,\u00a0a\u00a0comfortable\u00a0furnished living area, a\u00a0bathroom complete with tub-shower, and two skills-practice bedrooms.
