Schmieding Center Reservations as of January 1, 2019

The Schmieding Center’s auditorium and classrooms may be used by organizations for meetings and educational forums under three categories: hosted, sponsored, and use.  Hosted and sponsored events may occur during normal business hours only.  Food and drinks are allowed in each of our venues, but we ask that you clean up after your event.  Rates for each category are as follows (click the link for definitions):

 

Auditorium

Our 125-seat auditorium has state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment and is wheel chair accessible.


DAILY HOSTED EVENTS

There is no charge for hosted events, however, all donations are greatly appreciated.

DAILY SPONSORED EVENTS

Four (4) hours or less – $25 per day
Over (4) hours – $50 per day

HOURLY USE EVENTS

Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM — $50 per hour
Monday-Friday after 5:00PM — $100 per hour
Saturday 8:00AM-5:00PM — $150 per hour

A USE EVENT IS FOR FULL HOURS ONLY


 

 

Classrooms

Our twin classroom spaces, also with state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, can each comfortably seat up to 25 persons.
